Dental practices are following the ‘Standard Operating Procedures‘ published by the Office of the Chief Dental Officer (England).
- This sets the standards for:
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment),
- Patient flows inside practices,
- Hygiene updates and
- Air flow to control and clear aerosols from dental surgeries.
Naturally we are following the latest guidance, so we are still open to look after our patients who need dental treatment.
We have managed a few check-ups, but, as I am sure you will understand, we are prioritising those with pain, and emergency or urgent dental needs.
